Incredible Starting point
It is a great plan and has wonderful information. I have used it as a starting point as I found the 8 day split doesn't work for my schedule yet the formulation of the individual days and the workouts are fantastic, have just shifted them to fit my schedule. Have seen a loss of 1" off my waist and finally can see my lats starting to develop. Thank you Fouad

Definitely different coming from a powerlifting background but I love it so far!

Build and burn review
Well its a very good plan, made from my favorite bodybuilder. Good choices of exercices, made gains. Just it would really have been good to to also put the exercices and make details of it. I am really looking forward for the next programme PS: I am really missing the Inferno. When it dessapear from the site I was at the end of week 6. Its really, but really à pitty. The exercices and everything was so perfect. Put it back here

Awesome Program
The programming is really great, honestly reminds me of running a John Meadows program, over all incredibly satisfied with the program

Great program
I was getting super burnt on my original training and needed a revamp. Fouad’s splits on this 8 week program really helped rejuvenate my desire to train super hard. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to make some training changes.
