FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When should I take ISO[H1]?
ISO[H1] can be consumed before or after workouts, or anytime you desire a high-quality, high-protein drink. Take one serving (1 level scoop) of ISO[H1], mixed with 8-12 fl. oz. of cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage, and mix thoroughly.
Is ISO[H1] a blend of proteins?
ISO[H1] is 100% grass-fed whey protein isolate powder. We do not blend our isolate protein powder with any other source of protein such as whey concentrate protein, casein protein, egg protein, or any other protein. We choose grass-fed whey protein isolate because it is the best fast-digesting protein powder to support your post-workout protein recovery needs.
How much protein is in each serving of ISO[H1]?
Each ISO[H1] serving gives you 25 grams of protein per serving. There is no amino spiking to inflate the protein quantity artificially; all 25 grams of protein per serving comes from 100% grass-fed whey protein isolate. Our Milk Chocolate flavored protein contains 1 additional gram of protein per serving due to the cocoa powder used to add the rich chocolate flavor to the product.
Other protein powders bother my stomach; will this do the same?
ISO[H1] grass-fed whey protein isolate is a clean protein enhanced with DigeSEB, a digestive enzyme blend designed to support improved digestion and absorption.* The better your body can digest and absorb protein, the less bloating and stomach upset you will likely experience.

Does ISO[H1] contain artificial colors or dyes?
