Selecting Your Ideal T-Shirt Size
Our athletic fit Uplift t-shirt is designed to highlight your physique, with a fitted cut through the arms, chest, and shoulders, and a regular fit through the waist. For those who want to showcase their muscle definition in the chest, arms, and shoulders, we recommend choosing your regular size. However, if you prefer a fit that offers a bit more room without being oversized, sizing up one size will provide a more comfortable fit.
The 'Width' provided in the size chart reflects the measurement across the chest from one seam to another. This number indicates the flat measure of the front side of the t-shirt when laid flat. To estimate the chest circumference, simply double this width measurement. The 'Height' indicates the length of the t-shirt from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

HPS = High Point Shoulder. Measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem of the shirt.
Chest = Measured across the chest, from seam to seam, on the front side of the shirt only with shirt laying flat. For approximate chest circumference, double the chest width measurement provided in the chart above.
