Take one serving (2 rounded scoops) of BLOODSHOT, mixed with 12-16 fl. oz. of water 20-30 minutes before training.

More than Expected

I had some pretty low expectations going into this product having taken other caffeine free preworkouts. But this **** works! Im not crashing , the flavor is great and not super chemically , it mixes very well like super fine powder. I just cant recommend this enough.

Fantastic pre workout!

This is a fantastic pre workout that you can tell was developed by a bodybuilder. Properly dosed ingredients to give you the best pump ever!
