Take one serving (1 rounded scoop) of SILO[9], mixed with 10 fl. oz. of water and consume before, during, or after training, or any time throughout the day.

love all hosstile products

hi to all you guys at hosstile ... I have been using SILO, HOSSTILITY and INTRA now for a few weeks and love this stuff... I mix it all up in my big mouth hosstile jug and start drinking it a little before I start training and while am training ... all three of these mix great and taste great and my training has improved greatly ... am able to lift more ... have much more energy ... and the pump I get is awesome ... keep up with the great supplements FOUAD ... your supplements make me train like a pro... and I just bought your new style shorts and love them too...

The best EAA’s in the game

I purchased Silo{9} as a gift for my husband because he loves everything Hostile. He kept raving about how amazing they were and me being as picky as I am decided to try them out. All I can say is WOW They are by far the best tasting EAA’s. Not only do they taste great but I know they have also helped me during and after my workouts. I can honestly say these are a game changer for the both of us and I will definitely be a forever customer.
