MUSCLE-BUILDING MEALS: How to Make the Best Chicken Ever
What you will need:
- Cutting board
- Knife
- Mixing bowl
- Air fryer
- Chicken breast
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Garlic powder
- Oregano
- Paprika
- Lemon
- Frank’s Red Hot
Instructions:
- Wash slime and juice off of chicken in a strainer.
- Cut up chicken into strips and put into a large mixing bowl.
- Season with salt, ground pepper, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, olive oil, lemon juice and Frank’s Red Hot.
- Mix together thoroughly so that each piece is evenly coated.
- Spread out on the air fryer tray.
- Cook for 25 minutes in the air fryer.
- Take out and let cool before putting in the fridge.
- Enjoy!
