MUSCLE-BUILDING MEALS: How to Make the Best Chicken Ever

After years of trying different cooking techniques and hundreds of recipes, IFBB Pro Fouad Abiad has figured out the secret to turning your dry, bland chicken breast into a juicy and enjoyable meal. If this isn't the best chicken breast you've ever tasted, we don't know what is!

 

 

What you will need:

  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Mixing bowl
  • Air fryer 
  • Chicken breast
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano
  • Paprika 
  • Lemon 
  • Frank’s Red Hot

Instructions:

  1. Wash slime and juice off of chicken in a strainer.
  2. Cut up chicken into strips and put into a large mixing bowl. 
  3. Season with salt, ground pepper, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, olive oil, lemon juice and Frank’s Red Hot.
  4. Mix together thoroughly so that each piece is evenly coated.
  5. Spread out on the air fryer tray.
  6. Cook for 25 minutes in the air fryer. 
  7. Take out and let cool before putting in the fridge.
  8. Enjoy!
